I was down in London yesterday attending the Wader Quest trustee meeting at the WWT London Wetland Centre in Barnes. I was there to be voted onto the board of trustees for Wader Quest and to take the opportunity to have a look round the centre at the same time as this was my first visit. What I didn’t expect to see was a ring ouzel in the car park. The bird had stopped off there on migration north and was putting on quite a show for the visitors yesterday.
